What We Treat

What We Commonly Treat

We are still told by some new patients that “we didn’t know that you could help with this or that and if we had known we would have been here sooner.”

There appears to be a general lack of knowledge as to the sorts of conditions that a podiatrist can help with, as well as some areas of therapeutic interest (e.g. acupuncture) specific to our practice, that may be included as part of our treatment program.

Here are some examples of conditions with which we do regularly offer help:

  • Foot and ankle problems caused by injury or degeneration
  • Recurrent ankle sprains or weak ankles
  • General foot fatigue.
  • Short limb functional or structural.
  • Heel pain, plantar fasciitis.
  • Bunions/ bursitis.
  • Clawed or hammer toes.
  • Diabetic, Peripheral vascular disease high-risk assessments and treatment.
  • Ulcer management.

  • Fungal infections
